Union Smart Tech s.r.o. ("Union Smart Tech", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you use our website, https://www.voiset.io (the "Service").
This Privacy Policy governs access to and use of the Union Smart Tech, s.r.o. services, including the Voiset web browser interfaces, mobile applications, and extensions (together, the "Service"), which is provided by Union Smart Tech, s.r.o. It explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with the Service, and your choices about the collection and use of Customer ("you" or "your") information. If you do not want your information to be included as part of our Service, you may opt out by contacting us at contact@voiset.io. However, we may retain your information even after you have opted out, so we can keep a record of and process your opt-out, and/or if retention is necessary to comply with legal obligations, and regulatory requirements, or to prevent fraud or abuse.
By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.
This Privacy Policy applies only to the collection of information on or through the Service. It does not apply to information we collect by other means (including offline) or from other sources other than through the Service
Capitalized terms that are not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meaning given in our Terms of Service.
Some features of the Service rely on third-party artificial intelligence (AI) service providers. We do not send any of the data described in this section to a third-party AI service until you have been shown an in-app disclosure and have given your explicit, opt-in consent. You can use the core task and calendar features of the Service without enabling AI features.
The third-party AI service providers we use are:
Speechmatics (Cantab Research Ltd, United Kingdom) — voice recognition. When you use a voice feature of the Service, only the audio recording of the voice command you choose to record is sent to Speechmatics for speech-to-text transcription. No name, email address, or account identifier is attached. The Service uses Speechmatics' real-time (streaming) transcription, which does not store audio recordings or transcripts; audio is transmitted over an encrypted connection, processed in real time, and is not retained by Speechmatics after the transcript has been produced. Speechmatics does not use the audio to develop, improve, or train generalized AI/ML models. Speechmatics holds ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type II certifications. See https://www.speechmatics.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Google LLC — Gemini AI (United States) — AI features and analytics. Certain AI features and our product analytics use Gemini, accessed through the paid Gemini API. Before any data is sent, the Service removes direct identifiers, so the information transferred is anonymized and de-identified. We do not attach your name, email address, or account identifier to data sent to Gemini. Under the paid Gemini API Terms of Service, Google does not use the prompts or responses sent through the API to train or improve its products or AI/ML models. Google may log prompts and responses for a limited period solely to detect violations of its Prohibited Use Policy. See https://policies.google.com/privacy.
How do we ask for your permission. Before the Service sends any data to a third-party AI service for the first time, we show you an in-app consent screen that explains (a) which provider will receive the data, (b) what data will be sent, (c) the purpose, and (d) provides a link to this Privacy Policy. Data is sent only after you tap "Agree." If you decline, the relevant AI feature is disabled and no data is sent. You can withdraw your consent at any time in the app's Settings, or by contacting us at contact@voiset.io. We will request your consent again if we materially change what data is sent, who it is sent to, or why.
Equal protection. Each of these providers is bound by a written data processing agreement that requires them to protect your data with safeguards equal to those described in this Privacy Policy, and is prohibited from using the data to train generalized AI/ML models. We do not sell your personal data.
We collect and use the following types of information:
Information you provide us directly: We collect a variety of information that you provide directly to us, including:
Account Information
When you first sign in to your account, you will need to provide us with a username, password, first and last name, and email address. We allow registration through Google Authenticator. We request access to your calendar, email, and first and last name.
We may also collect User Content, including content that you post, upload, or otherwise share or integrate with the Service. You may choose to integrate your Service account with certain third-party services, by opting to upload certain of your information ("User Content") (such as your Gmail contacts) into the Service. No such integrations happen by default; you must initiate them. If you choose to connect the Service with a third-party service, you give us permission to store your log-in credentials for that service and to access and use your information from that service as permitted by that service. For Union Smart Tech, s.r.o., this includes accessing the email headers for all messages in your account, as well as email headers and message bodies for any email messages the Service composes for you and any subsequent correspondence in response to such email messages. Union Smart Tech, s.r.o. does not require access to email accounts. You may choose to have information uploaded or shared by you removed at any time by contacting us at contact@voiset.io.
When you choose to use a voice feature, the Service records your voice command and transmits it to our third-party speech-to-text provider (Speechmatics) for transcription, as described in Section 1. The transcript is returned to the Service so it can be turned into a task, note, or calendar event.
Information We May Receive from Third Parties.
We may collect and receive information about you from third parties, such as your name, employer, job title, and contact information. For example, we may collect information about you from publicly available websites and other users who upload information into the Service. We use this information to operate and improve the Service.
Google API Services Policy
Voiset's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy#additional_requirements_for_specific_api_scopes).
We may use or will use in the future the Gemini and Google Workspace APIs to enhance our app's functionalities. However, we explicitly affirm that our app does not use these APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized AI and/or ML models. Our AI/ML models are designed to enhance personalized user experiences and are developed with strict adherence to privacy and data protection standards.
Data Transfer to Third-Party AI Tools:
As described in Section 1, our app transfers data to two third-party AI service providers: Speechmatics (voice audio for transcription) and Google Gemini (anonymized, de-identified content and analytics events). Where the Service transfers Google user data (such as first name, last name, and email address) to support specific in-app functionality, this transfer is conducted under strict confidentiality agreements and is solely for the purpose of providing the requested feature. No data is transferred for the development or training of generalized or non-personalized AI/ML models.
When you use our Service, we may automatically collect certain information, including:
Analytics Information
We may directly collect analytics data or use third-party analytics tools (such as those of Google Analytics and, for AI-related analytics, Google Gemini as described in Section 1), to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. These tools collect information sent by your browser or mobile device, including the pages you visit and other information that assists us in improving the Service. We collect and use this analytics information in aggregate form such that it cannot reasonably be manipulated to identify any particular user. To prevent Google Analytics from using your information for analytics, you may install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on by clicking here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
When you visit the Service, we may send one or more cookies — a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric characters — to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser and lets us help you log in faster and enhance your navigation through the site. A cookie may also convey information to us about how you use the Service (e.g., the pages you view, the links you click, and other actions you take on the Service), and allow us or our business partners to track your usage of the Service over time. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive after you close your browser. Persistent cookies may be used by your browser on subsequent visits to the site. You can choose to remove a persistent cookie at any time by following your web browser's directions about how to erase or delete cookies. A session cookie is temporary and disappears after you close your browser. You can reset your web browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, key features of the Service may not function properly if the ability to accept cookies is disabled or if you erase our cookies.
We do not respond to Do Not Track signals initiated by browsers, as the Internet industry is still working on Do Not Track standards, implementations, and solutions.

When you use our Service, our servers automatically record certain log file information. These server logs may include your web request, Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, referring / exit pages, and URLs, number of clicks, and how you interact with links on the Service, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other such information.
We use your information for various purposes, including, but not limited to:
